Their Canada Goose and Modular series offer 392 to 528 square foot layouts with main-floor bedrooms, multiple lofts and sleeping capacity for up to six, with models like the Blakely, Orca, Hartley and Tofino priced between $198,750 and $219,000.

    Nelson Tiny Houses

    Nelson Tiny Houses is a small, family-run builder in southern BC known for creating highly customized, handcrafted tiny homes. Producing only four to five houses per year, the company works closely with each client to design a one-of-a-kind home built by a team of fine woodworkers, metalworkers and artisans. 

    All homes are CSA compliant and include a 5-year structural warranty. Buyers can choose from two feature models, the gable-roof Acorn House and the single-pitch V House, or design a fully personalized build.
