We offer a full scope of services in architecture and interior design including program development, feasibility studies, budget development, facility assessments, concept design services, preparation of contract documents, bid services, contract administration and post construction services for both private and public sector clients.
At BRZ we value sustainable design and we work to integrate it into all our projects. Our goal is to design a building or space that provides a comfortable environment for the people using it, has minimal impact on the environment and meets the client’s needs and budget. We base our approach on several key elements of sustainable design: flexibility for the future, energy efficiency through design innovation and building systems, water conservation, environmentally preferred materials, occupant health and well being, re-use and recycling and public awareness and education. We have developed a realistic list of Sustainable Design Strategies to implement these key elements.
