I.T.S.L. was incorporated in January of 1986.  Since then we have dedicated ourselves to providing state-of-the-art HVAC balancing, commissioning, and maintenance manual services to the construction industry throughout the B.C. interior.  ​

​Owner Henry Pejril is a journeyman TAB technician/commissioning agent. Our field team includes 3 journeyman TAB technicians/ commissioning agents, 2 commissioning agents, and 4 balancing technicians. All of our commissioning technicians have 15+ years of field experience.
