At DBS, we understand that mechanical building systems are becoming more complex with one system’s operation or efficiency dependent on several others. We also understand that as a building operator, you have little time to manage multiple vendors.
That’s why we maintain, in-house, all the trades that can be involved in any given service call. With our licensed electricians, plumbers, steamfitters, millwrights and CWB welders, you’ll never again have to read the words “Drainage by others”, “Ductwork by others” or “Electrical by others” on a quote.
DBS has complete in-house capabilities for all HVAC design, build, maintenance or retrofit projects.
