Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Is the term used to describe the design development and construction in real time in a virtual environment. The purpose of VDC is to provide an arena that is accessible to all project stakeholders whereby the most efficient building solution can be developed to provide the Client with an optimal ROI (Return on investment). In this virtual arena a variety of innovations, methodologies and recommendations can be trialed and either validated or rejected.
